Terms of Use

Like all computer related products, our real estate products have "Terms of Use" that you need to agree to. We just don't force you to state you agree to them before you can open our disk or open our e-mail orders. We also don't put them in legal terms and simple to read.

1. Because we cannot take these off of someone's computer after they have gotten our CD or e-mail, we cannot give refunds.

2. If there is a problem with a CD, we will re-ship as soon as we know about it.

3. All of our products are designed for those who have been looking for products that don't force you to use them the same way the creator did. Therefore, some customization will be needed to reflect your personality, your way of doing business and your market area (remember, all real estate is local). But that is exactly why these are so great!

4. You cannot share these products with others unless you purchase the right to do so for your office.

5. We highly recommend that once you have created your customized versions of these products, you put your copyright on them...and enforce it.
