Custom Web Site Design
In November 2007, I was discussing websites with a group at our multiple company house tour, Open House Network Group, during the lunch time. I mentioned the number of leads I was getting. As I was leaving, one of the agents asked if I would design a website for her since she was getting no leads from her "big bucks" template website. I thought about it for a while and decided to offer custom web site design...with a twist.
What is the "twist"?
With your help, I will design a basic website for you in MS Expression Web 2. You'll get to manuals. The first is about website design and search engine optimization. The first section guides you though the information I need for your website. Once your site is ready, you will get it and the second manual on a CD. The second manual will give you the basics of using MS Expression Web 2. Once you get all this, you can publish your website using the hosting service of your choosing. You can then start working on improving and adding to your site...or even create more websites!
My website design background
I got my first website custom designed in 1997. I was frustrated because I couldn't change it. I never got a lead of off it!
After that I had 2 different template websites that I worked hard to customize. I never got a lead off of either one!
I purchased MS FrontPage and tried to learn how to use it with no luck, so I designed my first website in MS Publisher which I knew how to use very well. Looking back, it wasn't a very good website! But I sold a house because of that website.
Finally I learned how to use MS FrontPage and then really got going in website design. I currently have 15 websites that I designed. I also had several others that I have now stopped using! The site you are on now, was designed by me using FrontPage. I own 2 more domains that I will soon be building "pointer" websites for. The other FrontPage designed websites I have are:

To be able to design websites for others, I had to buy and learn MS Expression Web 2 (since FrontPage is no longer for sale). Right now, I have 3 websites designed in MS Expression Web 2 and will eventually convert the others...a little at a time. These 3 websites area:

How Much Do These Custom Designed Websites Cost?
I've noticed that most template and custom website designers don't tell you the price up front....they make you work to get the price. Although I made you wait until you learn about the sites, I won't make you hunt!
The total price is $500 with $250 paid before I start work and $250 paid before the final website is delivered to you.
How Long Will It Take to Get My New Website
The time needed for completion will be anywhere between 2 and 6 weeks. I am still an active real estate broker/associate, so my buyer and seller clients come first. It also depends on how many website orders I have already. I will let you know when you are ready to order so you will have a better idea. Then I'll let you know as the process of designing your site continues.
